Passwords

Students will be able to login to their Chromebook using their APS ID and password 24hours after they have been enrolled. Students in middle school use custom passwords and are responsible for remembering their customized and unique password. 

• Transfer students from other APS schools will be able to login using the password they used at their previous school.
• Students coming to APS for the first time may have their initial password set to their initials, a period, then their 6 digit birthday.
  • For example the password for Vincent Montoya born July 18th, 2005 would be vm.071805

Newly enrolled students can reach out to Philip Olona or Vincent Montoya to have their password reset if needed. During the year, students will need to contact their Advocacy teacher to get their password reset. Students should have an activity in their Advocacy class that walks them through password creation strategies and how to set up their own password recovery questions so they can reset their password in the future if needed.
